Educate Yourself

that address issues of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.

empathy and a deeper understanding

Examine Your Biases

Reflect on your own biases and privileges.

Everyone holds biases to some extent,
but it's important to recognize and challenge them.

Engage in introspection, seek feedback from colleagues,
and actively work to unlearn stereotypes or prejudices
that may influence your decision-making or interactions.

Foster an Inclusive Environment

Actively create a workplace culture
