This One-Day Option includes:

WHAT:
In depth examination and/or modeling the modules in the Valuing Diversity®
Training System pertaining to the strategist OR train-the-trainer/trainer
roles. Overview of key messages in the field, overview of all facilitator and
participant materials and roles.
- Personal copies of the 1,000 page, 3-volume training system:
Facilitator's Handbook, Facilitator's Resource Guide, Participant Workbook
AND The Valuing Diversity® Learning Map.
- Additional resource material linked to specific modules based on organizational
and personal needs assessment .
- One-to- one coaching and critical feedback opportunities from experts in
the field and colleagues.
- Griggs Productions on-site training includes continental breakfast and refreshments
each day. (Client arranges refreshments at their own site.)

Diversity Tool Box Training Process.
WHAT:
- In depth examination and/or modeling the modules in the Valuing Diversity®
Training System pertaining to the strategist AND train-the-trainer/trainer
roles. Overview of key messages in the field, overview of all facilitator
and participant materials and roles.
- Personal copies of the 1,000 page, 3-volume training system Facilitator's
Handbook, Facilitator's Resource Guide, Participant Workbook AND The Valuing
Diversity® Learning Map).
- Provide a personalized "Diversity Tool Box" (Video, CD-ROM, Intranet,

needs assessment.
- Facilitator preparation around training materials selected for the ' Diversity
Tool Box' based on organizational, interpersonal and personal needs assessment.
- Provide an overview of key concepts and models and the opportunity to explore
and understand the key concepts in each training tool by working with producers
and material development personnel.
- Create the opportunity for hands-on experience, modeling of training material
for group and individual learning, and the opportunity for critical feed-back

- Explore non-traditional approaches to training (e.g. line or peer driven
approaches).
