Part 2 of the Sexual Harassment Prevention Process cuts facilitator preparation time in half by providing a variety of training tools and facilitator support materials. The materials are organized around the AISA Competency Process (Awareness, Information, Skills and Application) and can be used on their own or linked to other training interventions. Multiple exercises, overhead transparencies, readings, resources and information sheets are provided to minimize facilitator preparation time.
